  5. All of our products are handmade using fabrics sourced in Thailand and crafted by local artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our products, availability is limited and inventory levels may vary.
  6. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product availability displayed on our website is accurate. However, in rare cases, an item may sell out before the inventory on the website is updated. If this occurs, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. You acknowledge and agree that such cancellations are not our fault and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

    • Refunds or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

    • After 30 days, we are not required to issue any refunds or exchanges for any reason.

    • Items must be returned in unused, unworn, and original condition to be eligible for a refund.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
